Please read and agree to these terms and conditions of payment before proceeding. If you have received a termination notice on your account and you are NOT making a payment in full, you must call the City of Franklin Finance Office,(814)437-1922, and make payment arrangements prior to proceeding or your termination will remain in effect and services will be terminated on the original termination date. Payment reports from this site are not reviewed by staff until the following business day; therefore, any payment on a termination will not be processed until the next business day. If you have made an online payment in full on a termination notice, on the scheduled day of termination, your services can still be terminated unless you call and notify the City of Franklin Finance Office that payment has been made. If services are terminated, you will be charged the service turn on/off fees associated with the termination. Services will not be restored without these fees being paid. Please review these Terms periodically for changes. We may modify these Terms, for any reason at any time, by posting a new version on this site and on the City of Franklin website; these changes do not affect rights and obligations that arose prior to such changes. If you object to any provision of these Terms or any subsequent modifications to these Terms or become dissatisfied with this site in any way, your only recourse is to immediately terminate use of this site.
